These third parties may have limited access to your Personal Information such as your name or telephone number so that they may carry out the service on our behalf; they are obligated to comply with this Policy and may not use Your Personal Information for any other purpose.
Third Parties - We may be required to share some of your personal details with a third party in order for us to provide the service such as we may provide details to HM Prison in order for us to make a legal visit
Compliance with law - We are obligated to comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement agencies as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to Claims), to protect our or a third party's property and rights, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.
